These terms govern your use of the Kadenz app. By using Kadenz you agree to them.
The service
Kadenz helps you record and track your recurring subscriptions, see totals, and get local reminders before renewals. You enter your own data; Kadenz displays and organizes it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no use that violates applicable laws, and no interference with the service’s operation.
Kadenz Pro, billing & cancellation
Kadenz offers optional paid plans (“Kadenz Pro”) — a subscription (monthly or annual) and a one-time lifetime option. Purchases are made through the app store and billed to your store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel any time in your app store account. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period remains active until it ends.
- Free trials (where offered) convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled according to the app store’s policies.
Prices may change; we will give notice as required, and price changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
Not financial advice
Kadenz is an informational tracking tool. Totals, projections, and currency conversions are estimates for your convenience and are not financial, accounting, or investment advice. Exchange rates are sourced from a third party and refreshed periodically, so converted amounts are approximate.
Availability
We aim to keep Kadenz available and accurate but provide it “as is” without warranties. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kadenz and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed renewals, charges, or losses arising from your use of the app. Reminders are a convenience and are not guaranteed to be delivered.
Termination
You may stop using Kadenz at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
